Elizabeth is the Group People & Culture Director at Pick Everard. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management. She is also a Qualified Executive Coach and a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner. Her current role is a culmination of a progressive career spanning STEM industries internationally. Elizabeth has firm passions for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving change through strategic transformational HR, and talent development. She has worked within the construction industry for several years, raising standards in workplace practice. She believes in continuous development and lifelong learning and providing the right platform for early careers talent to get off to a bright start within the industry. Elizabeth presently works with Senior Leaders to shape and deliver a successful people and culture strategy, transforming the HR landscape through a commercial and creative approach.
