Liz has had an extensive career in HR, working across several sectors; over the last 15 years she has worked in the construction sector, primarily for FM Conway, where she has found her professional home. In her role, Liz has ensured that people are integral to FM Conway’s business direction and managed several comprehensive organisational change initiatives, including business restructures, large-scale relocations, business acquisitions and integrations, as well as key business improvement projects. Liz is also a Fellow of the CIPD and an advocate of lifelong learning, celebrating those embracing learning opportunities at whatever point they are in their career. In line with the FM Conway Group’s growth strategy, Liz also champions the business’ apprentice programme and proudly promotes the development of early-in-career talent to contribute to today and plan for the future.
