Currently Head of Civil Engineering at Thames Water, Noel is a chartered engineer with 25 years' experience of projects in the UK, Middle East and Africa. He has experience delivering engineering for small and major projects in the water and hydrocarbons industries. Employing a consultative leadership style he has undertaken feasibility studies, outline and detailed design, construction supervision and contract administration. Most recently Noel sat on the Project Steering Group for the 8th Edition of the Civil Engineering Specification for the Water Industry (CESWI).
