Paul presently holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer for UK, Ireland & Israel, a business of 9,500 employees and an annual fee revenue of circa CAD $1.3bn. Paul is a member of WSP’s UK Executive Team, with direct responsibility for Planning, Advisory and Local Government. Paul is responsible for shaping strategy, building teams to implement our strategic direction, leading key strategic pursuits and client relationships, encouraging technical innovation, delivering operational efficiency and for ensuring great outcomes are achieved for shareholders, clients and our people. Paul has a particular passion for promoting economic regeneration, building valuable long term client relationships and supporting the decarbonisation of the UK. Paul was formerly the UK Managing Director of Stantec UK, Managing Partner at Peter Brett Associates and chaired the Association for Consultancy and Engineering between 2020 and 2021. He attended Cambridge University and Harvard Business School.
