Reuel is a Director and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineer who has over 30 years’ experience working with major clients on significant infrastructure schemes. He is a strategic business thinker with a deep understanding of all aspects of the infrastructure sector and the megatrends influencing it now and into the future. He has significant experience managing complex major projects and programmes of work on behalf of Government and Private sector clients. In his advisory capacity he provides strategic practical insight for infrastructure asset funders, owners and operators. Reuel sits on the National Highways Supplier Diversity Forum and is the Global Chair of the Arcadis Ethnicity & Heritage Affinity Group.
