Mike is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 14 years in the rail industry, currently the Head of Delivery at Network Rail. He leads a team delivering the £130M Civils Portfolio in the Intelligent Infrastructure Programme. Mike's expertise lies in delivering complex projects with successful delivery in large-scale infrastructure, IT, and transformation projects. He is passionate about leveraging data and technology to improve the rail networks performance and safety.
